When you call us, there are a few things that we ask for you to have on hand at the time of the call:

Make and model are also necessary pieces of information. Again, this will help us to give you the best possible price.
We’d also like to know the mileage on your car, exact is better, but if that’s not possible, please do try to be as specific as you possibly can be. This is an important aspect in pricing your vehicle properly.
Have you made any modifications to your vehicle? Added things that weren’t there when you purchased the car or truck? What about parts, and tires? Have you recently replaced parts on it? Please try to have a list of these items if you have. What about the tires?
How old are they? Or are they pretty new? Maybe new enough to still be under warranty? Do you have receipts for any or all of these things? Please try to have this information handy when you call us, because, as we’ve said before, we want to be able to give you the fairest price possible for your vehicle!
